Great project, great people, it's been a successful project. We had numerous starts and stops to automated UI testing over the years that we were finally able to tackle with QA Wolf.
Our software is complex, and creating automated test coverage requires some upfront work that can be difficult to provide since our team is understaffed.
Moreover, they are excellent at following up on open bugs and offering thorough steps for resolution. Everyone I’ve interacted with at QA Wolf has been exceptionally friendly and professional.
QA wolf's response time is so fast that it's hard to keep up. They have so many people standing by that if I message in-between meetings with I will have a quick response within a minute or two.
On top of that, the platform is cleanly laid out and informative. I particularly appreciate the Dashboard which provides a perfect high overview of where our features are at in terms of quality.
Not something we don't like, necessarily: We're just waiting for some additional reporting/analytics about test runs and trends over time.
