Glint is a fantastic tool to collect feedback on various areas of the business, leadership, and team success. It helps us identify areas for improvement and gives actionable ways to do so.
Lack of documentation regarding how a particular classification is performed. The inability to export comments translated into English.
I love the reporting and additional tools to help analyze the information. Glint makes it super easy.
Still confuse how to use it sometime. Might be just because of i rarely use it.
We use glint internally for a number of different survey functions and it is super easy to use and generates great response and feedback.
Not particularly horrible in and of itself, but it means some employees will still hold back in their responses, not wanting to cause a problem for anyone knowing it came from them.
I like having the ability to give solid feedback in an arena where my identity can remain anonymous. This is a crucial aspect in being able to give constructive feedback in my work environment.
I would say that the platform is straightforward and easy to follow which does not allow much room for misinterpretation or error.
I really like the format used for 1-on-1 meetings, the survey tool is clever and easy to use, and I'm impressed by how the tool continues to improve.
For e.g. - Goals no 1 - Launch new business initiatives. While reviewing my individual goals, the option to upate activities is missing.
What I like the best about the tool is that the tool empathizes with a beginner, it suggests topics for one-to-one meetings. It helps to break the ice with features like coffee connect.
I keep having issues with signing in which gets frustrating.
Integration: The ability of Peoplebox to integrate with other tools like Slack, MS Teams, and various HRIS tools is a significant advantage.
Should be more streamlined in terms of having more drop downs while writing reviews.
Simple UI/UX, which helps easy to understandPeople box provides analytics of teams, departments, a company, which is of great helpPerformance tracking and Integration with other tools.
Employees can create goals for the entire company, making it troublesome to re-arrange the goals.
Stacey: My name is Stacey. I'm a teacher. I would give Glint four out of five stars. For more reviews, click below. Before Glint, our staff used Google Survey, other surveys that you can just make online, like Survey Monkey, things like that. Those didn't work as well because they're not quite as anonymous and it doesn't remove the individual from the results. Whereas Glint keeps it anonymous. My company chose Glint to take the work out of getting staff feedback so that it felt safer for staff to provide certain critiques or certain criticism. And Glint helped make the surveys appropriate for our job titles so it wasn't as hard for our administrators to create their own surveys. Getting started with Glint was a breeze. They set it all up for us and then creating the actual survey was done through them. Then taking the actual survey was really easy. It's just clicking of a button, giving ratings, you could type comments depending on what type of questions were asked. For anyone considering Glint, it's wonderful. I would recommend looking at it because it is an anonymous survey. So your employees feel a lot safer when they give criticism. The one thing that I would critique about it is that the administrators could still see the time that surveys were taken. So if they knew an employee just finished their survey, they could kind of piece those bits of information together to figure out who did what. But other than that, it's pretty anonymous and easy to use.
