DynamicPolicy vs Ideagen OpCentral: Which is a better fit?

In the company that I work we use for management all our precedures, manual and internal policy. It work perfect and they have an excellent customer service.

Uploading attachments is inconvenient, requiring a mass upload option. Customization options are limited.

I like that it can be used as a policy repository. Uploading documents is pretty easy, and the search engine is very helpful in finding policies and other related documents.

Workflows can be confusing at times, however they are as complex as you want them to be.

Experience was excellent. Needed assistance multiple times, each time the service excellent.

They are always their for you. Value is good if your looking for a product like Dynamic Policy.

The best to me is the support. The system has lots of functions, but you have a team to support you at OpsCentral to ensure it is being used the right way to achieve what you are trying to achieve.

The only problem is it feels very isolated from our other systems.

Over the last 3 years, I have watched us as a team grow our skills and confidence and deliver a really great product to the team we serve. Op Central has been critical in this journey.

I don't like how if something is deleted the support team charged you thousands of dollars to recover.

Great Product and best value for money for what it does.

No public API/limited intergrations with external software and limited documentation on the Op Central website.

My overall experience with OpCentral has been highly positive. The platform provides a user-friendly interface that enhances usability, making it easy for all team members to engage with its features.

The lack of drag-and-drop facilities when uploading files makes the process less intuitive.
