Overall, it's been a lot of work and very rewarding. Our account rep as well as all of the chat help has been amazing, very responsive and extremely helpful.
I use only 3 days, after 3 days we find a lot of problems with performance and not working features. And he tell me about time they spent.
They are very responsive and helpful. This company cares about customer service and it shows.
Then comes the bad side of experience. After discovering bugs and issues, I show some of them to Aaron, he also see it in meeting.
We have had a couple phone meetings those have helped tramindusly. We absolutely love ShopVox and are happy to be here.
Then I tell them to schedule another meeting, to show other bugs and issues, and ask to cancel my account and do refund, and tell them that I will use their software if they fix these bugs and issues.
I love that I can access the software anywhere on any device. Customer support is outstanding and the company often updates the software, while listening to customer requests.
Previously we had no idea what we were doing and had no way to manage our processes, deadlines and billing.
I can drill into data and use sophisticated analytics tools, which have made me more informed and productive. Super flexible: It's been a scalable solution that has supported our growing business.
NOT user-friendly, the turnaround on tickets is horrible. There is no videos or forums where customers can go and see how other Epicor users are fixing there/workaround problems they are facing.
I like how you are able to customize things to the aspect of your company. The ability to make things unique to your own is a great feature.
It lack of controls, you have to customize in order to get more control of your process, the cost of customization it is very high, and the support you get for your maintenance fee is is very poor.
BPMs now allow excellent logic branching and very nice built in features such as email alerts. Publish & Subscribe dashboards are a great reporting option with drill down capability.
There are a number of programming errors that really are quite annoying and have never been fixed even though I know we have asked.
Good ability to customise screens and part configurator to aid our productivity improvement. Version 10 seems to have even more features.
There is always a problem with any update that happens.
Aundrea: Hi, my name is Aundrea. I am the founder and owner of Nicole Doree Brands LLC. We have three brands, but our major brand is We Do Bling. We ship rhinestone-embellished products nationwide to cheer teams, companies, and organizations. I am doing a review for shopVOX, and my rating for shopVOX out of five is a five. Before we used shopVOX, we used Printavo. I liked Printavo, but it was a little hard to use. And then, we got shopVOX. I was also looking for a cheaper print shop management software, so we went to YoPrint, and I did not like that as well. So I went back to shopVOX, and that's where I've stayed. I chose shopVOX basically for the intuitive nature of the software. It was much easier to use than the more expensive option, Printavo, and the cheaper option, YoPrint. I haven't even used all of the different tools that they have. However, I am very happy with it, and I can't wait to get to use the full software because just what I have used has been very instrumental in running our business more smoothly. It was really easy to get started with shopVOX. I didn't really need any help as of yet to get it set up. Everything was really easy to understand, and to use the invoicing and all of the different features that I have tried so far have been really easy for me to get up and running. If you were considering shopVOX for your business, I would definitely maybe try a few of the different shop management softwares just to compare it to shopVOX because I think that you would see how much easier it is to use. I think that when I first started using shopVOX, I was more concerned with pricing and just trying to get pricing down because I had used a more expensive version, Printavo, and so I went to shopVOX, and I still wanted to get it cheaper if I could. However, when I did try cheaper, I just really couldn't make it work. So I think that if you try different ones, you will end up feeling that shopVOX is a great buy for the money.
