BoardBookit was the best value for money for our organisation together with ease of use and the excellent customer service, it was a simple business decision to make.
The Minutes interface is problematic and difficult to navigate. There is embedded formatting that is terribly uncooperative.
The BoardBookit system has provided a great way to organize and preserve important documents from our meetings. It is user friendly and very efficient.
My only complaint would be that you have to now pay another fee for some of the upgrades (i.e. Calendar integrations, Native file storage and Topics).
BoardBookIt is a wonderful tool for our board to stay connected and on top of things. We are happy that we decided on this portal and purchased it.
The only limitation we've found thus far is the lack of integrated video.
The ease of implementation and use combined with the cost effective solution offered, I would recommend this to any non-profit.
