Overall wonderful experience with it, for compliance of QMS on large industry its a good option, further modification and customization can be done by changing QMS scenarios.

The ability to have a central repository for all the data is very helpful and increases efficiency. Also, the software is really easy to use and provides a great deal of flexibility.

The messages contain error code numbers that are not easily translated into where to look for the problem.

Tabs for Multiple ModulesColors are depressing and useless - previous version you could clear define what was was.

OEM support has been good from the start and this has been critical with ensuring a successful implementation of the system.

With the loss of much of the prior QA staff and more individuals being hired and working remotely training was difficult.

Great Product with fantastic customer service. Very professional team for system implementation and supplier on boarding process.

No particular dislikes noted. In one particular implementation, the custom fields in Document Manager would not merge the meta-data to the document file.

Some of the reports such as 'out of date' documents has encouraged the team to update these document quickly. It is a good prompt to ensure we do not fall behind.

The system does feel old and unloved; parts feel cobbled together as if each module was developed seperatetly.

Support is excellent and the system is user friendly.I expect a Hugh cost savings on resource and a massive impact to help us drive continuous improvement across the site.

The modules are really expensive - we would like to have more but cost completely restricts this.
