No particular dislikes noted. In one particular implementation, the custom fields in Document Manager would not merge the meta-data to the document file.
Some of the reports such as 'out of date' documents has encouraged the team to update these document quickly. It is a good prompt to ensure we do not fall behind.
The system does feel old and unloved; parts feel cobbled together as if each module was developed seperatetly.
Support is excellent and the system is user friendly.I expect a Hugh cost savings on resource and a massive impact to help us drive continuous improvement across the site.
The modules are really expensive - we would like to have more but cost completely restricts this.

The product often logs you out when trying to upload photos, this happens on a daily basis. Limits you to only uploading 4 photos when showing damage ect, so limits what you can show on reports.
Their dedication to ensuring a positive user experience has been instrumental in maximizing the benefits of the platform.
There is no possibility to generate more informative reports or reports that can be customized.
Customer support has been amazing with our dedicated client manager readily available and helpdesk very responsive when (rarely) required.
