Their product team is extremely helpful, working with Puranjay was great. The affordable pricing, SAAS , and unlimited search queries were exactly what I was looking for.

The client we installed Expertrec on has hundreds and hundreds of webpages and it is very difficult for a client to find what they are looking for sometimes.

The best thing that we liked about this software was being able to search multiple of our sites and makes it easy to search.

Not accurate with product description and prices. No auto correct for spelling.

Good, fast, reliable search engine. Also friendly en speedy support no advertising can be smartly integrated in your website.

The design was a little difficult to know what CSS was used.

It has great potential and used in combination with Kibana it proves a very good choice for fast and great search results.

The last month or more, most of our searches were spam bot searches for non-existent domain names. This made our reports really worthless.

By using RoR as a platform we use wrappers developed by Elasticsearch. This is a great, well-documented solution for a quick start, a great help to the developers.

The process of refining the research is manual and slow. Bad documentation and need more usage examples.

Setting up a search platform using Elasticsearch was super fun and easy.

We have not had this problem anywhere else on our sites.).

A server crash could result in a total. Loss of data, so it can’t be used to store important data.
