I like how reliable it is compared to other softwares I have used. The delivered rate is better and when carriers block numbers, the customer support is there to help.
To the extent that we use the software, we are yet to find any specific features or lack of feature in that sense.
My overall experience with SlickText has been GREAT!!! 1-10, I'd definitely give it a 10. The product is great and the customer service is top teir.
Inability to identify user. We use this for employees and when they are terminated we don't have the ability to identify who they are to remove them from the text list.
I love how easy it is to use and costs much less than competitors. The customer service is also fabulous.

I am only a few weeks in... so far, I love it. It is VERY user-friendly and easy to navigate... my clients are so far loving it.

This text messaging platform is very easy to use, I love that my clients can respond back to me. I love that I can include emoji’s and pictures with the text messages.
It was sometimes difficult to determine what my response to a text message was, as the most recent message shown was from the recipient (perhaps this has been updated).
The hands on support from the team is amazing and got us off to a great start with the platform.
There were a limited number of features compared to similar products.
It’s very affordable, the customer service is awesome. Anytime I’ve had a question they’ve been very quick to respond and deal with any issue or question I’ve had with the product/service.
So far we’ve not run into anything we don’t like.

When I was looking for software to use for our purposes, I spoke to some friends in the entertainment business and everyone actually recommended SlickText, so I didn't really check other companies. I chose SlickText because everyone had told me that they're very easy, the platform is very simple to use, it's very flexible, it's very easy to quantify, and the people, the staff, are really responsive and helpful. And the price is really good. So those are the perfect reasons for me. Actually getting started with SlickText has been so easy. I do concerts in the summertime, so I kind of have to jump in at the beginning of each summer and set my account up. And it's so simple because the SlickText staff, always someone holds my hand through the process and it's just a couple steps. They help me get my list of my contacts very easily inputted, and then we choose the right amount of messages that I need, and that's about it. It's so simple. And I'm not really, really computer savvy to say like a lot of people, but with SlickText, you don't really need to be. It's really self-explanatory, and with the staff helping, it really couldn't be easier. I would say to anyone who is considering using SlickText, 100% go for it. Because honestly, I have a big background in business and design. You probably don't know this, but I designed Crocs shoes, so I've worked in business all over the world. I never worked with a company that felt so comfortable. It's like every person there is really happy and they're really genuinely sincerely looking forward to talking with you and making sure that you're getting what you need. And with the ease of the product and the effectiveness of it, there's no way I would use another company. Definitely go with SlickText.
