My favorite aspect of Statusbrew is the Engage Inbox. It's amazing how easy it is to manage engagement both from an agent's perspective to a manager's perspective.
Don't know what to write here, as I don't think this tool has anything to be disliked.
Best quality of performance, very fast work schedule and automatically sharing options with many more features is the better benefits from this software.
There are sometimes some problems in uploading photos to planned posts. But that is all I have problems with sometimes.
The Engagement feature helps me to keep track of all important conversations and reach out to the target audience. The report feature helps me to see my progress on all social accounts.
I've added a few new followers and gotten rid of a few that just wanted to increase their numbers. I've also gotten rid of lots of dead profiles and robots.
These are some great feature. Along with these features, I like the reporting feature of this tool that gives me an in-depth view of what working me best and what not.
There are some minor problems in this tool but every Social Media tool has it so I don't think it worth mentioning it.
Reliable friendly support and most importantly, whenever we have made requests or suggestions the tech team has taken our requests seriously and integrated some great solutions.
That's where things have broken down in my experience - the mobile app posting sequence has been unreliable, losing posts, posting the wrong content, etc.
Support is great and the tool is solid. Developers keep on making it better and the team is passionate.
Not getting notified when a social media account is disconnected and a scheduled post has failed.
Overall it has been fantastic value for money, with great product communication from the Social Champ team. The product does what is says it does and is always growing.
When You want to automaticly post to Instagram you need to manually do that through the app. But I think this is a problem on Instagrams end.
Overall, I'm super happy with my decision to use Social Champ and have recommended it to all my colleagues and friends who use social media for their businesses.
It's a newer, lesser-known platform, so some technical problems happen from time to time, but they get fixed quickly.
Gary: My name is Gary. I'm a marketing specialist. And I would give Social Champ a four out of five rating. And for more reviews like this, see below. Before using Social Champ we were using a patchwork of other social managers, like Facebook's built-in management tool. LinkedIn does not have any sort of management tools, so we had to schedule those posts manually. So it was a little bit of a pain having to use different software solutions, so that's why we decided to switch over to Social Champ. We decided to switch to Social Champ because our previous software solutions were not really working for us. We had some software solutions that didn't allow us to schedule our social posts in advance, which is really important for us. We try to plan at least one to two months out, and Social Champ allows us to do that. And also it allows us to schedule all of our posts across platforms in one place, which was another really important thing. We wanted to use one software platform instead of having to remember a bunch of individual logins. Implementation and setup with Social Champ was really simple. All we needed to do was log into our individual social media accounts and authorize them with Social Champ. From then on, it was just a matter of scheduling our first posts and discovering all the features that the software had. So very simple setup and implementation. If I had to give a word of advice to anyone who's considering trying Social Champ, I would say go for it. If you were in a position like I was just a few months ago and having to manage multiple logins and different management platforms, Social Champ's definitely going to save you a lot of time. It's going to allow you to schedule posts in advance. It's going to free up energy for other things, and it's just very simple to use. So I would say give it a try.
Prioritize real-user-identified key features according to your needs to find your best fit.
