ClockShark also provides excellent customer support, with responsive and helpful representatives available to assist with any questions or issues.

If a manager wants to put a sick day in for an employee, they have to go through multiple steps instead of clicking on the day and putting down the sick time. The GPS function can be disabled by user.

Experience has been great. The staff has been more than helpful and always there to answer questions or help correct the issue if there is one, which has been rarely.

Implementation of sending others to job sites alone and having a program to upload information in little to no time at all.

My experience with ClockShark has been great. It's user friendly and helps me to track my employees in real time.

Can't think of anything right now, my company had switched to T Sheets hated it.

I have been not only impressed with the ease of implementation but also the adaptability for my employees to gain the trust they need in working the app.

Cant adjust pay rate between tasks // keeps showing us the wrong time zone , we are eastern and i believe it puts us in as central or western.

On top of this it gives great information on both individual, location and total staff costs, which is very useful when planning for the future.

Sometimes lags in the data makes it difficult to clock time accurately. Also transferring incident reports could be made easier.

Deputy has been the best in delivering their promises. Their interface is amazing and simple to use.

I truly get frustrated when it automatically adds your 30 min break if you did not take one.

It just has made the scheduling of staff and time sheet records so quick and easy. The team continuous improvements of the package is fantastic, already making an awesome package better.

Intergrating other financial applications was difficult.

This is just great software to manage staff scheduling it's just so easy. It has some great reports for costings too.

You have to pay a monthly fee for yourself as an admin user even if you don't input any of your shift info into Deputy and there is also a minimum spend which they only mention in the small print.
