Our payroll errors have gone down 50 percent. A couple cons that we don't like is that Blueforce isn't very compatible with Internet Explorer alternatively it is compatible with Chrome.
The tools that EPay offer are fantastic for a business either large or small. The customer support is top notch.
When calling into epay, the customer service rep we deal with people who struggle to give us answers and or are told they will escalate it to IT.
When I need help they are quick to respond and keep me on the right track. Overall I am very pleased with Epay.
I dislike having to click on a time to enter a note and then wait for it to process before moving onto the next day to enter a note on same employee.

I reviewed different softwares before choosing ClockShark, but we hadn't been using any tracking software prior to that. We ended up using ClockShark for the ease of importing into QuickBooks Desktop because that is what the majority of our clients are currently on, and the ease of use for the end users, the employees that we're going to be using the software. Everything as far as integrations and onboarding with ClockShark has been very simple. Their support team has been wonderful in any issues I've had with any kind of integration with help. If you're considering ClockShark, I would highly recommend the software. I have been more than happy. I know costwise it might be a little more expensive than some of the other softwares out there, but the customer support is absolutely topnotch. I had an incident today where I hadn't set something up and the support tech didn't just type instructions for me. She took the time to video the steps and email those or sent them to me through the support chat so I could fix it on the spot without stuttering over how to do the fix.
