Famly vs Cheqdin: Which is a better fit?

It with holds all of the essential information required for me and my team to do our job to the best of our ability and it is all with held securely within this amazing app.

The app can be slow at times, that’s the only problem.

With FAMLY it is fast, easy to use and seems to flow well. We now use the child development side too and have loved the simplicity and ease of reporting with this.

Various options haven't quite met our needs - accident reports, administration of suncream and medication, permissions for various users.

Great software, it was really easy to set up and the customer support were knowledgeable, friendly and easy to contact.

I can't fault the support from FAMLY when we have any problems.

Brilliant customer services. Always prompt and willing to help improve things.

New features could be explained more thoroughly for people who are not that tech savvy. Limited record keeping for Montessori settings.

I am very happy with its functionality. It's easy to use, and helps to have peace of mind knowing the exact time when my son was picked from school and brought to the childcare club.

I need to be able to access a live staff register on the app in case of an emergency.

It provides great features that really improve the management of the nursery and parents have loved the the improved communication that Cheqdin has provided.

Some parents have had problems with registering a second child or figuring out how to book a place.

Customer service is amazing, never experienced something like this. Sensitive content hidden] was brilliant, always helping me, answering any questions.

Online help is not the best and I made some mistakes setting up - but customer support has managed to undo all of the damage.

Great for the staff on site; improving functionality behind the scenes; fantastic customer service.

I havent found anything I dont like about this system, so far. I have been using it on a daily basis for just over a month.
