It is user friendly and not overly complicated. However I have to say value for money is great, the customer care is very reliable and over all I am extrememly happy.

Whenever I've needed to chat to customer support they've been super helpful and reply very fast. They're also very open to suggestions on how to improve the platform which is nice.
Customers can sucessfully cancel a class 24 hours before but not the day of. This is being looked at by customer service right now.
I now have great insight in the number of students, which classes are popular, my sales, I can reach my students all at once if, for example I have to cancel a class.
There is no administrator app to manage classes.
Ease of use, affordable, online payments are possible, widgets are included in the price, support is great, solution oriented people.
No waitelist, no automatic BDay wishmail, no possibility to call a client, no possibility to send a message to a whole class.
It is robust and quite intuitive to use. I like the ease with which you can add students to the class.
Missing customer log in app for tablets to use at the studio, missing class statistics reports (average customers per week, month...).
Very easy to use and a wide range of functionality. Support was very helpful with our transition from our old provider, who just could not keep up with our growth and need for more functionality.

At first we were impressed by the friendliness of staff and speed of support. That people can find us through the app marketplace.
Some features are not yet fully developed (communication with clients, tracking, online contracts...) but they are working hard for it and implement changes quickly.
