We have customers all over the globe and it can sometimes be bothersome to find the customers time zone or simply address to ship their orders.
I like the ease of scanning business cards for my team out in the wild and having it sync to our other softwares for fast tasking.
They lack Apps so they have to establish everything with custom API and a form submit. This is very difficult to maintain.
The ability to have multiple people having a "scanner" at our booth is the biggest advantage, without the cost of renting from the show and waiting to get the leads.
I believe we have almost 2,000 users added in our atEvent account. My biggest complaint is that there is no way to search for users when I need to add them to an event.
The app is a great tool for events. Very easy to use during a busy time.
I have to go page through page until I find their name. And if I click too fast, I will mess it up and atEvent will unselect all of the people I have already chosen.

Conor M.: My name is Conor. I'm the CEO of my company. We have 15 employees, and I give Freshsales five out of five. We had HubSpot, but it was too hard to manage. Freshsales was also better value, in terms of entry points, so that's why we changed. I read some blogs on the internet that recommended Freshsales. They had the good points, the bad points, and everything in between. I did a trial demo, and I quite liked it, and the support was really quick, and the intro video call was really smooth, as well. So I started uploading my data and became a bit easier to use then. Relatively easy. There's kind of figuring out where to upload your Excels or migrate information from other systems over. That takes a bit of work, but the system has a great help desk and email chat that you get response within 15, 20 minutes. So if you have questions, you go ask them. With any new system, you're always going to be bamboozled the first while, but you get up to it after some time. And make sure it fits your company. It's very good for small companies starting out, but if you want to grow at scale and have more access, you may want to look at other tools. Freshsales can grow with you, but I think it really works well for small and medium-sized companies like ourselves.
