Overall, Fresh Sales is a good CRM with good support which was excellent a few years ago.
Worst still, I have to follow up on the ticket since the support never proactively tells you the status of your ticket. Never opt for Freshsales! what a rip off and time waste.
Flexibility + Automation = amazing product. It is highly customizable and great for collaboration.
I had to contact my cc company and cancel my card to fight a charge they refuse to change. Auto bill is enabled on the account by default.
Excellent support: Anytime we have reached out with a query, we have had a very speedy resolution whether it was with respect to the product, pricing or anything else.

Overall Fresh sales is very good and affordable CRM for companies looking for good CRM and very reasonable license pricing.
We have customers all over the globe and it can sometimes be bothersome to find the customers time zone or simply address to ship their orders.
Google is reliable to serve the information services with good quality and facitilations.
Every now and then I get a contact screwed up and it ties to another contact and I have to take the time to get it sorted out.
I also like that I can just use the company box without having to put a first or last name. I like having photos attached to my contacts so I love that they make it so easy to do this.
Sometimes import / export does not work well, perhaps this is affected by the quality of the Internet connection and the lack of a large amount of memory on the phone.
My favorite part about this software is its memory I have contact saved that I have had the entire length of my use of Google contacts mostly I love the suggestion features.
Sometimes I add contacts more than once, or contacts show up more than once on my phone because of synchronization errors.
The Interface is good, I was able understand its uses quickly. The best Thing about google products are Integration between each applications.
The only downside we have seen, is that on occasion I have deleted some contacts and then I log in from another device and a is available, it takes a while to delete it completely.
Conor M.: My name is Conor. I'm the CEO of my company. We have 15 employees, and I give Freshsales five out of five. We had HubSpot, but it was too hard to manage. Freshsales was also better value, in terms of entry points, so that's why we changed. I read some blogs on the internet that recommended Freshsales. They had the good points, the bad points, and everything in between. I did a trial demo, and I quite liked it, and the support was really quick, and the intro video call was really smooth, as well. So I started uploading my data and became a bit easier to use then. Relatively easy. There's kind of figuring out where to upload your Excels or migrate information from other systems over. That takes a bit of work, but the system has a great help desk and email chat that you get response within 15, 20 minutes. So if you have questions, you go ask them. With any new system, you're always going to be bamboozled the first while, but you get up to it after some time. And make sure it fits your company. It's very good for small companies starting out, but if you want to grow at scale and have more access, you may want to look at other tools. Freshsales can grow with you, but I think it really works well for small and medium-sized companies like ourselves.

I use Google Contacts daily to manage customer information for my own business, as well as for my personal contacts, and I can keep those separate with different accounts and it is the easiest most user friendly contact management tool that I have found. With Google Contacts, it's just so intuitive and user friendly. You can update contacts basically automatically. You can add them automatically as soon as you begin to email with people. That is an option. So having a system that thinks for you to add these customer details so that you don't have to spend time manually inputting information is a total time saver. The only tricky thing is that Google Contacts works so well that sometimes it's easy... that it tries to think better than you can. So it may suggest something that's actually not the person that you are intending. So you have to be a little bit careful with the auto suggest feature that you are intending to communicate with the person that Google thinks you are intending to. Usually it gets it right, but sometimes it may not be the right person. So it's always worth keeping an eye out for accuracy.
