ezClocker vs Day Off: Which is a better fit?

Overall I like the app and their customer service was excellent. Responded to my inquiry professional, quickly, and we're very courteous.

Had a few problems getting them signed on, if they have used ezclocker before.

I like how easy to use this App is for our employees to clock in/out. I also like how easy it is for me to get the hours sent to my email so I can do up their payroll.

As a new owner, payroll hours was a tedious, brutal task. EZClocker has taken that away and now I have an easy way to track and report hours.

Very great app and highly recommended if you are at a different location from where employees clock in.

Hard to get ahold of someone, no phone number for customer service.

I am very glad that we found this service, it has been excellent for us.

Sometimes the system is down and makes it difficult for the works to clock in but that could be more of a phone or phone service issue.

Price is great and it's a user friendly platform. The calendar feature is great to see when everyone off, and it's easy to add holidays to the calendar.

This is the only thing missing for our organization. We currently manage that offline and then the admin enters the PTO for record keeping/tracking balances.

It has a great user interface, so we have very few questions when employees want to submit time off. Also, the free offering is very robust.

The 1 admin limitation is not ideal. We have a couple different people who manage PTO requests, so this is a bit of a pain.

The benefits greatly outweigh the costs with this. Second, it is packed with awesome features like customizations and various helpful reports.

I get in after a couple tries. I blame the password app I'm using.

We love the simple and user friendly interface that allows all employees to place requests and view their status with ease.

The addition for day off requests sometimes is off, requiring me to reject the request and resubmit, especially when a weekend is involved.
