The integrations with the applications I already use and even some I didn't prior to Jubilee. We have a great workflow working with it and I am super thrilled with the customer service.
I have spoken with other young lawyers who use it and they do not have the same problems using the system as I do so it could just be an "OK Boomer" problem.
The pricing is affordable and their tech support is top notched. I also appreciate that they are very customer focused and will listen to suggestions as they constantly improve the program.
It is not as intuitive as their non-cloud based program, BankruptcyPro. The learning curve takes some effort but I was probably spoiled with BankruptcyPro which took almost no effort.
Jubilee has been gracious in giving me access to the software and their customer and technical support has been prompt and helpful.
This is a terrible product that doesn't work well at all.

I love the ability to manage multiple cases and create chronologies from unlimited documents. I love that you don't have to go through a salesperson or onboarding session.
While testing out this product, I made an error and lost some important data.
This software is easy to use, with great feautures and excellent support (including implementation of feature requests).
So it was difficult to see in the graphical representation until the complete time period had been inputted.
This software is easy to maneuver and has the best support staff to help if you have any questions.
Tagging is easy, but after that it is very frustrating. When I review facts based on the issue tags it seems there is no way to access the facts via the reviewer.
My overall experience with CaseFleet has been quite positive - it helps me be a better litigator.
It is sometimes difficult rule out certain words in a search.
