Deltek has a very good customer support, they are excellent in providing for defense organizations needs. Their consultants are very knowledgeable and well trained.
If HR has not uploaded the correct project code - you can't put any hours in at all. If you need to make changes of the hours worked, it is a hassle, because it's throwing error messages all over.
I used this at my previous company and was great for the payroll management and cloud platform. It talks to other applications and gives great analytics.

I like how easy the program is to use and how customizable each window is. I am able to move text boxes around to fit my needs and can save queries and window setup per my requirements.
A lot of routine things are not intuitive and many errors aren’t explained well. Saving, adding a line item, etc. should be easier and more intuitive.

If it is opened in autocad, nothing can be edited, but there is no notification to indicate that it was created in inventor and can only be edited there.
In my case being a professional of iNGENIERIA IS OF GREAT BENEFIT BECAUSE Inventor is updated (with the help of users in Inventor Ideas) and improves with each new version.
Its PRICEY, and it doesn't run on MacOS. That said, it is professional grade and you get what you pay for.

I did use a sketching software before Autodesk Inventor, but that was so far back in high school I forgot its name. But since I started Autodesk Inventor, I haven't gone back. I chose Inventor because of the variety of tools they use like Extrude tool, IDW format and IPT format. And it was just an endless possibility list that they gave me. It was pretty easy getting started with Inventor mainly because I had prior knowledge of Autodesk to begin with. So it was pretty easy to get started on it. I would say that beware of its cost because as good as Inventor is, it's definitely something you're going to have to break the bank little just to get, unless you're in a corporate company using it.
