CleverTap vs AppsFlyer: Which is a better fit?

CleverTap I love all its features, its analytics to track user behavior in real time are more than amazing, it always produces visualizations that help gain customer loyalty.

This has been a horrible experience, in a 4 day time span. They have scammed me and they should not be able to do this to people.

Real-time insights and analytics, We have used web pop-ups and emails extensively. They have a fantastic customer success team that has been very responsive to all our calls and emails.

Expecting things to be more fast and furious 😅 (being greedy).

CleverTap is really good Engaging and Retaining Users with Smart Marketing Automation. A very good alternative to the big ones in the sector.

The integration of CleverTap into the website may prove to be a bit difficult at first. In Addition, there is no proper way to calculate campaign expenditure.

CleverTap provide excellent real time analytics which make it best tool for mobile engagement. It has powerful segmentation engine which help us to run more personalize and specialized campaigns.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY, they will steal your money and run with it and get nothing In return. I will be starting a formal investigation tomorrow with the local police in my area.

The support is extraordinary. Their integration is superb and helps a lot in having excellent multi-channel attribution and analytics.

It also flags fraud traffic and source of this fraud, hence letting us make better judgement for affiliate partners.

My overall experience with AppsFlyer has been positive. The platform is intuitive and comprehensive, making it easy to track and analyze mobile app performance effectively.

Can't see actual revenues, only cohort revenues which is very confusing when looking for long term daily revenues. Can't download organic traffic reports at all which is a big flaw.

Good to see that overall appflyer application is very useful as any time we want data you get the same & even the data accuracy is perfect.

Custom dashboards section and frequent product failures.

I would say Appsflyer for me is really a dope product. The customer support is amazing, the learning portal is fantastic, event just surfing through Appsflyer feels fun.

However, in order to leverage further details about the fraud reports, the premium solution was quite costly and would have costed us more than the amount saved by charging back the fraud conversions.
