For mid-sized organizations burdened by outdated performance management and a lack of employee engagement data. The customer success team will help transition you from old systems to new software.
Designed for human resource managers from small to mid-sized companies who are looking to change the relationship between employees and the business.
Our CSM has been amazing - accessible, helpful and very attentive. Having our performance reviews managed through the platform has been a huge benefit and needed for the engagement and growth.
We were not able to determine if it was user error, or an error with the program itself.
From the ease of implementation, ability to personalize the set up of the performance process to fit our needs and culture, and the ease of use by managers and employees - All were exceptional.
Some of the features are a little complicated. Turning a document into a signature, fillable document is tedious and frustrating at times.
It works great with the community of employees so they can write down their successes, and barriers to acheievement, and ultimately it drives each employee to continue to do their best.
I think this is perhaps just the peril of using a web-based tool. You have to get used to navigating deliberately -- and, of course, regularly saving your work.
Kudos to the great customer services and the excellent guidance from. They were kind and no matter how much I asked the same questions they always help me with the process.
While I don't see many cons, some managers have complained that the reporting function isn't as intutiive as the rest of the system.
By using Reflektive, it's been easier for our team to recognize each other's accomplishments in front of colleagues and we're enjoying the ease of positive feedback.
The goal-setting functionality is truly subpar; even the most rudimentary rich-text formatting functions are missing. Worse is the “reporting” feature when you retrieve the annual goals.
Great features that, if implemented correctly, would be useful. Ability to use with Gmail is great for on-the-spot recognition.
There's also no mass edit option, which is frustrating, and means that building or editing reviews can take a while for something that should be fairly straight forward.
I had a great experience with it and thought it really improved the way we handled the performance management process. This tool is continually growing and looking forward to see where they take it.
There were a decent about of complaints from employees, though we ended up moving to another tool where the workflow is possibly even worse.
Has a great workflow which makes it easy to do evaluations. Like the fact the site is fairly lightweight.
No way to compare quarter to quarter performance without opening up multiple tabs for referencing.
