We needed an outside group to verify that our event registrants had been vaccinated. This was a huge advantage to our team to place this responsibility on CrowdPass.

All of this led to a significant delay in the check-in process at our event, and frustration from guests and staff.

The software was relatively easy from an admin perspective and easy to share out for the communications team.

The functions that did exist did not work properly. Many guests received error messages or links that did not work and the QR code scanner did not work properly.
