NeoCertified vs Paubox Email Suite: Which is a better fit?

We have had a very positive experience with NeoCertified. The customer service has been very user friendly and helpful.

Another negative is that in Outlook when you want to send a reply securely, the "Send NeoCertified" button is missing unless you "Pop Out" the email, which is not initially intuitive.

Our clients find it easy to use as well when sending their documentation. For a small company this is a great solution for secure emails at a good cost.

A bit awkward to use; particularly when I am attaching documents in it (which has often been why I needed to use it).

The software has many great features for a very affordable price. I have confidence that the communications are secure.

Occasionally, my emails to others will end up in their Spam folder, but honestly I don't think that's NeoCertified's fault at all.

NeoCertified is an easy to use, affordable product for a small business like mine. It allows me to send secure emails to our clients and vendors to protect confidential information.

I think once I started using this, there was just no way for me to go back to anything else.

Paubox is a great email solution that integrates seamlessly with Gmail. I had one interaction with their tech support and they went above and beyond to help me out and resolve my issue.

That more organizations haven't started using it (email portals are horrid).

They are a great company to work with. Very accessible and they provide a great product.

Only mention that I miss the personal representative that I experienced when I started.

The set-up team was wonderful and continued that support through out the entire process from start to finish. We still have wonderful customer service reps.

The primary downside was the cost associated with the email encryption service. It was too expensive for me as a single account user.

The best thing about Paubox has been the ease of deployment, the customer service team was very easy to work with, they are very knowledgable and willing to transfer knowledge to me and my staff.

I refer other businesses to Paubox and they have to leave a message or complete the contact us on the website, then someone calls them back.
