The concept of the Salesforce plugin is great and the support team are really lovely. When it works, it's great.
The transfer feature is difficult to use. Recently the "answer" button completely disappeared, only to be informed eventually that our CTI was too old.
Good integration with SF. Ambitious roadmap with voice recognition, transcripts etc.
Phone numbers used marked as spam on clients calls when they are using Andriod.
They both had a strong background in telephony and also really understood the salesforce product and best practices within it.
No webapp to make calls from, we need a physical handset because we don't use Salesforce.
The phone tree is better for customers and reduces hold times. It is really nice that the phone numbers are automatically recorded in Salesforce.

In my day-to-day life, I have several customers to call every day and I'm using for that Ringover that is directly connecting to my application to be allowing me to call directly my clients and to be able to have the best conversation I can have with them. So the thing I like the most with Ringover, that is it is adapting perfectly to the other setup applications. I mean, whenever I have a phone number to call, I just need to click on that phone number and it's going directly to Ringover. That way, I don't have to click on several tabs on my web browser. I just need to do it in one click. I'm clicking on calling and then I can call it. That way Ringover allows me to save a lot of time. The thing that I have the most troubles with Ringover it is that the quality of the call might be sometimes going down resulting in that I have to hang out the call and then call again, to be able to get a better connection.
