Overall I would have to rate my experience as ok definately not great due to errors that have occured with ADPIA interfacing platform and incorrect information being put in which caused deduction errors and reversals with mistakes made.

Pros

Platform easy to use once you know how to navigate it. Reporting is easy within the platform and reports are easy to find. Pricing is competative.

Cons

You do not have a dedicated support person to call and speak to. No one has a dedicated email to resolve your issue it just goes to a general mailbox which is sometime frustrating. Unlike paychexs the customer service is lacking

What I like the most about ADP no matter what company you worked for as long as they have ADP you would be able to see all your tax forms from all job jobs

Cons

What I like least about ADP was that there was a times where it would glitch and would lock me out of my account to the point. I had to call IT.

Overall very good with no real issues and great functionality for what I needed to use it for. User friendly and easy to find information on.

Pros

Good and useful platform for checking a couple work related things such as pay compensation, hours and availability, paychecks, tax documents, and legal information. Good value for money and easy to use and setup. Good communication from customer support team and helped me fix issues if they arose.

Cons

No real issues. A few lags or performance slowdowns and occasional issues with logging in and being logged out but nothing too bad.

My overall experience with ADP is good. I like the app for the payroll management. The customization is limited but still can be managed. It is a good app for long term use for HR.

Cons

It is hard to get customer support when you need it right away. This is frustrating for HR and the employees.

My overall experience has been great. I had a small problem with something and our HR manager helped me get it fixed easily!

Pros

I like ADP as an employee, it's an easy way to see my pay, manage time off, and manage benefits. Being new to any service like this, ADP was a good one to start with.

Cons

There is nothing I have found that I dislike about ADP. There are many features that I have used and they have all worked well.
