Engagement with the students becomes easy and effective. The best thing about Classter is that it is easily integrated with Microsoft Office 365 which is a big plus point.
User Experience is bad & Application almost useless. We had to do debugging numerous times, as things didn’t work properly.
Overall it was positive, we had a great video call with a memeber of Classter, who was very helpful and informative. We found it fairly easy to work out how to change and adapt this.
It suffers from glitches very so often and sometimes the format can change.
I really appreciate that Classter has been flexible to customize functions so they suit our needs perfectly, it has been so helpful.
Some features need to be automated since in some cases, there are steps that are forgotten such as the updating of a synoptic mark on the grade book.
Has everything you need in one place and is very cost effective. Management is easy and has a lot of features that integrate well with other platforms like Clever since they have an SMS.
File manegement and reporting seems difficult.
Software itself is simple and cleanly designed and straightforward to use. We really liked the ability for families to manage their own payment methods and choosing a plan that suits them best.
We have had some parents miss the account creation step and then have trouble registering their student when the next enrollment comes around.
Overall, we have been pleased with our service. We recognize that TUIO is a growing company making great strides in the education management industry.
Some features were difficult to access at first and I struggled to find them. Commonly needed actions were not visible in menus.
It is extremely easy to use, practical, user friendly, excellent font, superior feedback and elegant style.
Additionally, I'm unable to read the entire text when selecting from the form fields. This makes it very difficult to add the correct field to a new form.
Even though it is user friendly there is customer support available all the time to walk through and help navigate if there are ever any questions. Very happy with all the service thus far.
The setting up of my account was a bit confusing at first. Was shown an invoice date that I though was the day the payment will come out and that confused me.

Before using TUIO, we had numerous people working on collecting data and keeping track of tuition payments. And once we moved to TUIO, it became all encompassing and all involved, and we were able to save money on staffing and also the amount of time that was spent chasing after families to make sure they continue payment and pay on time. It has just been a huge time saver. After chasing after parents and after accepting so many different types of payments, TUIO really simplified things. They work either directly through banking or through Visa or MasterCard and it just became so easy. Parents easily accepted it as well and we are now a well-oiled machine because of the TUIO program. TUIO's tech support was like no other. I've never had a company where I contacted them through email and they responded immediately. I know that is how I operate and I was really, really pleased to see that TUIO was the same. I've received personal phone calls, personal emails, and they offered the same to our parents and families. Within a day they were always responding, so it was just a wonderful, wonderful experience to set up and to get things started because they were there for us the whole way. If you are still thinking and contemplating on whether or not to turn to TUIO for your enrollment needs, I would say don't hesitate. The difference in my life and the stress that I was under has all been relieved because of this program, so I would not hesitate to recommend, but also to encourage you to try it immediately.
