Classter vs Modern Campus Involve: Which is a better fit?

Engagement with the students becomes easy and effective. The best thing about Classter is that it is easily integrated with Microsoft Office 365 which is a big plus point.

User Experience is bad & Application almost useless. We had to do debugging numerous times, as things didn’t work properly.

Overall it was positive, we had a great video call with a memeber of Classter, who was very helpful and informative. We found it fairly easy to work out how to change and adapt this.

It suffers from glitches very so often and sometimes the format can change.

I really appreciate that Classter has been flexible to customize functions so they suit our needs perfectly, it has been so helpful.

Some features need to be automated since in some cases, there are steps that are forgotten such as the updating of a synoptic mark on the grade book.

Has everything you need in one place and is very cost effective. Management is easy and has a lot of features that integrate well with other platforms like Clever since they have an SMS.

File manegement and reporting seems difficult.

I have been very satisfied with Presence. It has helped us gain a better understanding of student engagement on our campus, which means it has helped our department tell our story better than before.

Sometimes its so long that the actual connection times out. This is literally the worst SaaS software I've ever used.

This system is helping us do a better job and we 're excited to see how this will improve in the future.

The main frustration that our campus has had with Presence is at times the software can be glitchy or slow.

I love how easy it is to generate content that looks professional, is functional for students, and will help to generate student interest in opportunities.

Software sometimes has errors and does not load correctly.

I love the interface, and one of the things I love the most is the analytics piece. It has helped us gather and interpret engagement data so much better than before.

We have also had some technical difficulties with the card swipers, but I think that was more on our end than Presence's.
