The capabilities of this program are incredible, by far the best software of its kind.
I hate having to take out the calculator to do math based on the time they paid up to. Especially if they had several transactions and are wanting to upgrade their parking to a weekly or monthly pass.
It has been good to register peoples license plates and provide them with a safe and comfortable experience.
It could be user error but I was unable to re-register online.
What I like most is how user-friendly and easy it is to navigate through the software. I also like the look of the website very much.
My suggestion would be to add a feature that allows user to select and download multiple violations at once when sending them out with collection letters, rather than having to select individually.
I used Secure Park all day , it is easy to use and saves hours of work as it is formatted well for ease of use. I like how photos are attached to the invoices.
It is too much work on our end and it is interrupting customer service at our window.
I think it's a good app for places like this where parking is difficult to find at times. It also gives you the price and location of the parking spot so that is a great feature for comparison's sake.
Even when I was having trouble reserving a spot, we called the lot and explained to them the trouble we were having.
I love how I can look at a map to view spots available and the price point is shown. It is also great because I can type in the exact arrival and departure times.
Unreliable and misleading in terms of what is available once you have the app. And they don't forward your payment.
Overall, the experience is great and the little bit of extra time spent is well worth the money saved.
As always, always read other people's reviews before purchasing a spot. Also, sometimes the price is misleading due to availability.
In comparison to prices of parking when you are physically in your car looking, SpotHero beats their prices by a large margin. Feels good to get great prices.
Sometimes it is difficult to understand the directions of whether you need to use the app to scan it or if you have to go to the machine to print off a ticket.

Before SpotHero, I would just basically use any sort of maps function on my phone, Google apps, Apple apps. I would do some searches looking for parking spots, looking for parking areas. However, you had no idea how much those parking areas were or where they were going to be in relation to your event. So SpotHero makes all of that possible. The biggest reason why I choose SpotHero is because I always know how much I'm going to pay, and I know what that amount is ahead of time. It saves me time and it saves me money when I'm visiting a big city that I have no idea where things are. It helps guide me towards where those events are and where the closest parking is. SpotHero is very easy to use. All you need to do is download the app that also even provides other reviews of the area so that you know exactly what you're going into. If you're going to be using SpotHero, make sure that you always check the pricing. Customer service is very easy to get ahold of if you do have any issues. And once again, read those other reviews.
