Gruveo is the easiest video solution for businesses looking to communicate with their customers over video in an easy, secure way.
Best for Innovative professionals looking to build a relationship with their customers
Overall this has been great. Our customers love having this option available as well.
The only thing that needs to be fixed is the recording functionality for iOS because due to that we are losing out on a lot of customers.
Gruveo is a wonderful platform by which to virtually communicate. I would recommend for personal and business use.
Sometimes it is very hard to hear the customer, one or both of us is mute all the time. I can see the customers frustration because I can never know what to tell them.
Since that time I've come to love how easy it is to use, the fact I can use it from any computer without having to install it each time, and the affordable price.
It was not the easiest to use and the billing is confusing.
The ease of use is fantastic for both the technical and non-technical.
If for whatever reason you miss the call it doesnt give you any info to track the call or person.
The video and sound quality are exceptionally good. I had to contact customer support on a few occasions and every time I was blown away by their responsiveness and willingness to help.
The team behind Vectera must have watched one too many episodes of Dexter, because they are on a murderous spree when it comes to killing off the big boys.
I must also highlight the great technical support service that are very receptive to solve doubts and take very into consideration the ideas of improvement of the application of their clients.
The main disadvantage is the capacity of users in a meeting room, it only allows a maximum of 6.
The possibilities are endless (uploading files, sharing screens, recording options, ...) and the quality is superb. A true must have for anyone who works professionally.
I shy away from software that provides poor support as I don't have time in my busy day to track down solutions to issues or search Google for answers on a bulletin board.
I love the fact that customers can book in themselves and that they don’t have to download or set up software. I also love the fact that this is their own consulting room with notes just for them.
Currently if I scroll up, my student will be 'forced' to scroll up as well. I cannot mark while they are doing the next question.
Michael: Hi, I'm Michael. I'm the founder of an automotive technology company within the automotive industry. And I give Gruveo a five-star rating. When I was looking for video conferencing technologies, of course, one of the first ones I looked at was GoToMeeting. It's definitely a technology that I've used before. I was very familiar with it and the same thing with my team. However, the reason why we didn't go with, GoToMeeting was that we found that many of our customers while we would send out video conferencing link, didn't understand how to download the technology. They didn't know how to set up a login. And so we really wanted to be able to find something which did not have the requirement actually for a login or download. And we were able to find this with Gruveo. With Gruveo you do not need to have any type of downloads or logins. You literally can just send your clients a little simple link on their iPhone, on their Android devices, or even on their laptops, or desktops at home. And it was just that easy to connect with. We made decision for Gruveo because the biggest thing again, it does not require your customers to download anything or create a login which was huge. Second thing also was that you can send out a video conferencing link to any type of platform that is out there. So, you didn't have to worry about a customer needing to be in front of an iPad, a desktop, laptop, or anything like that. They can literally use their phone and you can go ahead and have an instant video conference with them. It was very easy to integrate Gruveo into my business, the biggest reason why is that it's so simple to use. In fact, when I first rolled it out to the team, we actually had a moment in which case we just started giggling like little school kids, sending out each other's video links, and instantly be able to have video conferences. And I would say that when it comes to just learning the technology, you can probably learn it within 15, 20 minutes. I definitely would highly recommend Gruveo. The biggest reason why again does not require your customers, or anybody who would like to have a video conference with, to download anything, to create any type of logins or anything like that. No requirements to be in front of any specific type of platform. You can send out a video conferencing link to anybody using an iPad, an iPhone, an Android phone, or even a desktop. So, definitely ease of use, it's low cost as well. And the best thing is also that you can actually brand it to your particular company as well.
Josh C.: I'm Josh. I am a web designer with J&M Web Creations. I build websites, do SEO, all kinds of digital marketing. And I would give Vectera a five out of five. I use Vectera for essentially all my one-on-one meetings with clients. If there's a couple people that need to be in the meeting, it works extremely well for that. It allows for me to have continuous meeting rooms that are saved after we close the meeting room, and links that are easily gone back to URLs that I can name, instead of just like some of the other products that have just random numbers after them. The thing I like most about Vectera is the continuous rooms, that you can keep going as long as you want. You can delete them, add new ones. You can name the rooms after whatever client you're working with, so it's easy for them to remember the link. And it keeps it easy to keep things all in one place. They can add chats that can be saved, they can add their different documents to it. And everything is saved in there for a later date if you have other meetings with these clients. There are a couple small things that I dislike, though, I can use other programs for with this, with Vectera. The couple of things that I dislike are the max amount of people in your room is only 10, though that's very, very uncommon that I have that. There are some reasons that I may want to in the future. But it doesn't allow over 10. The other thing that some of the others have that they have not implemented though they've talked about it, is call in with your phone for audio. So there are some clients who don't really know how to do the audio thing, or they have a computer with a camera, but for some reason don't have audio. You can't call to the phone number and do audio through that.
