Very remote/global-friendly. Pretty easy implementation, great support from their team during the selection & implementation process and even now when we need help with some issues/questions.
I was really disappointed that the user survey and performance elements of the software were both limited and priced separately from the rest of the package.
Users are encouraged to share their 'superpowers' which helps people to connect with others who have similar interests. The system is really easy to navigate and there are some useful integrations.
Still missing a few HR processes (eg. Competence Matrix).
Our management team likes the ease of requesting promotions and raises for the team, and everyone enjoys the visually attractive org chart.
I find the features not very intuitive - even if they are there - they are hard to find or manipulat.
The live chat team are amazing! so helpful and happy to work out a solution to any awkward query.
Sometimes things are not that logical in how it works, for example, people are able to go into negative holiday balance.
I liked the ease of use and clean layout of the software. Everything was clear and easy to understand.
I do have to remember that the drop down box will take you from community service hours to PTO. Sometimes it can be confusing it you are newer to the software.
Overall, the service is excellent and I appreciate how they improve my job as an administrator.

The price is amazing for all that it can do. The customer support is fabulous, and the "Help" articles they offer make it easy to understand and do many things on your own.
Everyone on the company can see days off and/or sick days. Saves time on asking around if someone came into work.
I love the dashboard where you can see an overall snapshot of your account. I also love how easy it is to make a request.
The only con I see so far is that you are limited to the actions you can use on the app.
Manu: Hello, my name's Manu. I work as the finance manager for Cyprium Metals Limited here in Australia. We are a company between the range of 50 to 100 people at this stage, and we got the Bob last year and I rate it five. We use Bob basically for the whole employee's lifecycle management, as well as leave tracking purposes, because we've got multiple sites. So that flexibility Bob offers us from the platform and domain and all those sort of things is great. So it's end to end after you onboard an employee to basically offboard them. The flexibility to be able to design the flows and tasks as well as the accessibility of the Bob from any device at anywhere without restricting to the network of the company or the domains. Because we operate multiple sites, that's really handy, and we were looking for something like that and Bob came good with that sort of an option at a very reasonable price. At this stage, there is not much to dislike. I believe they are working on it. Few things which we would like them to improve upon is the ability to integrate with other systems, for example, the ERP, which runs payroll. So if they can integrate with that, the data which is in Bob can be used without having to manipulate manually and bringing it on at Excel, and then try to import it. So in terms of integration, I believe they are working on it, but at this stage, it's not there.
