Since then, I have been provided with over-the-top customer service from some truly great people. I cannot speak highly enough of how great the Phonexa team is, from the top down.
Sometimes it's too complex, user interface is confusing. Trying to setup a channel, integration takes time.
They also ensure you're making the most of the products and are eager to help you improve and evolve the setup. After the initial learning period, the system is easy to use and is utilised daily.
ML & AI capability to run deep analytics are still missing.
Also the customizable dashboard makes it easy to see all the stats I want at a glance in one location. The best part is that there is an app, so it makes it super easy when I am out and about.
The only complaint I have is though Phonexa can fully integrate with anything via API, a developer is needed for setup and occasional maintenance.

It was a bit of a drag when I first signed up because the setup took a while, however once I was up and running, my leads were completely monetized and I was able to fluidly run lead gen and grow it.

I had a hard time with not understanding the 'Decided' vs 'Undecided' calls at times. It would get confusing at times because we would think it should be one way and it was documented another way.
What I love the most is it is very easy and accessible to track new leads. It is user friendly and help patients and admin users to engage and reach out.
While Liine makes few mistakes, those mistakes are crucial to our bonuses.

We love our customer support manager [sensitive content hidden. She helps us stay on track and helps us understand the reports and areas we can improve in.
I dont like that when someone submits a request online that it calls the office right away. When I pick up people rarely answer.
