While this is possible, it requires a lot of technical knowledge and can be costly. Such integrations are also not flexible or able to adapt to the changing environments we operate in now days.
Governance was appropriately manged through the sign offs and the ease of use has meant projects are now being delivered more efficiently. The interface is slick, modern and encourages user adoption.
It does not easily lend itself to manage programs of work composed of many child projects without additional costs.
On this application I like the fact that it is very easy to create lists of tasks, and to follow the progress of our project. The multi-project view is also a big advantage over these competitors.
On the downside, I am disappointed with the support and I know there must be a way to configure the page text to always be in English and not the default French.
I use the business version but this is super easy to invite people to collaborate on a project even if they want to use only the free version.
No possibility to work offline (when in a plane for example). No when or who view on mobile.
The experience is great and it helps us sort all our projects and task, as well as share what's going on with teams working from other offices.
