I do design build work and MacDraft has been there all the way. I've been very happy and the application gets better and better as now it is compatible with many forms of CAD.
Specially if it stops us from making even one mistake. I am giving my older son the PC version as a present so he doesn’t come borrow my Mac all the time.
This works fine and great for me, my customers love the details drawings they receive. I'm now so familiar with the software that I designed my own house which also worked great.

The help line and over the phone knowledge of the tech support is second to none. These guys are so helpful and nothing is a issue to them, the best software I have used for years.

This version has a few bugs that are annoying but can be worked around.
It's easy to visualize the design with AutoCAD Architecture and it supports both 2D/3D objects. For better designs and implementation, AutoCAD Architecture is a nice software to consider.
AutoCAD becomes slower and corrupts most often when dealing with huge projects and the fact that projects done in higher versions cannot be opened in lower version sucks.
Easy to use and easy to modify. Resolution - For example, head-to-head lines cannot be manually linked to the desired resolution.

The best features are the integrations, but I also appreciate the architectural rendering capabilities beyond just the drawing aspect.
Can be difficult to extract pdfs and sometimes backgrounds or xrefs drop off and must be binded to make sure it works.

Hans: My name is Hans. I work as an system administrator in a university, and I would like to review AutoCAD Architecture. My rating for this application will be three out of five. And for more review like this, click below. I administer this AutoCAD Architecture Application for our building equipment and Makerspace department. We also use this application in relation to our laser cutters and 3D printers to make creative models and other geometric manipulation in our university as well. What I like most about AutoCAD Architecture is that this application is the industry standard for making any CAT technical drawings. It is also complimented with AEC objects and many great templates to speed up the process of our technician, to create the blueprints and schematic faster for any our renovation projects, and also for other learning purposes. There are also many tutorials for this application as well to enable many user, including students in our university to start using this application right away. Where I quite dislike about this application is that with many free CAT software out there, I also found many user beginner found AutoCAD Architecture is too complex to learn. Well, it actually has a very high learning curve and with too many parameters, and furthermore changing from the perpetual licensing into an expensive subscription model for this application also I find turning away many user, as well to choose other alternate CAT applications.
