PayrollPanda vs Proliant: Which is a better fit?

This can be very useful for small startups, less cost and easy to adapt.it supports great integration like Quickbook integrations and import and exporting data is very easy.

Disappointing and inconvenient. I feel this should be integrated with Hasil / iPerkeso etc so that all statutory filings can be automatically done and payment again by FPX etc be facilitated.

Overall it's very good and I like the software, other than that, the customer service is really the best. Very prompt and clear answer.

There is no room for notes (we need to capture employee information: example: if someone has received a warning letter, placed in a PiP plan, etc).

I love that the software is very user friendly and quite intuitive. What I appreciate most is that customer service and how quickly and professionally any queries being posted is dealt with.

Apart from that, i tried to log in to payrollpanda (as employee) using my mobile phone but it shows there as error.

It's also easy to use and good value for money. Furthermore it's easy to generate the statutory files for payment and it gives peace of mind that all is statutory compliant.

No integration with Quickbooks & our other accounting software.

Overall, I find Proliant to be simple and efficient. I have been a fan of the ease of use of ReadyPay for awhile and this newer updated version is just as good.

The system is a few different systems parsed together so there is not a clear and uniform flow from one area to the other. Overall, Proliant was one of the worst mistakes that we ever made.

The set-up was quick and efficient. The staff is great to work with when you need to speak to someone - responsive and pleasant.

Proliant was a terrible decision. Nothing with them went to plan and we were never technically fully moved out of implementation even though we spent two plus years with them.

As a happy user of Proliant, I love its automation tools and the ability to customize workflows and reports.

The multi-factor authentication also makes me a little nuts. Because my browser is set to limit cookies, I have to log in, get a code from my email, then answer three questions every time I log in.

Even on the more challenging days of payroll (LOL) I am able to process payroll in a relatively short amount of time (providing everything works like it should. This is a fabulous payroll system.

There was quite a few 'back of the house' errors that happened as our program was set up that we encountered as I was trying to process payroll.
