I joined the Facebook groups early on and everyone on there is also so helpful. I love the ease of paying bills and end of month (EOM is sooooo easy compared to other programs I have used).
The group deletes negative comments from their page, so it is hard to get an unbiased opinion. PME is missing a lot of features and the team does not respond or act on basic bug fixes.
The phone app is fantastic, I can complete my routine inspections, ingoing and outgoing reports with ease.
I struggle with the entry condition reports as sometimes the software crashes and I lose all of the data.
Property Me is very easy to use. I was self taught with the program and the training schedules and online support has been amazing.
No reminders for the jobs in the system to follow it up. Should be able to use when to data available and complete when available.

They answer support tickets faster than anyone I’ve ever encountered, and they truly want to help whether it be fixing an issue or adding random features. To top it off, they’re good at what they do.
It is a little difficult to navigate sometimes. Most notably when trying to change or update tenant/lease information.
What good a product is without a strong support , leadership and technical team. I have given few feature recommendations and the team was able to quickly take care of it.

There are some missing functionality that I couldn't find. However, I see Unitdash working hard to add more features.
I also love being able to store my leases in one place. The last piece I want give huge kudos for is having the functionality to do Bi-Weekly payments.
It hard to make a change and not as easy to look up the tenants and there information.
