I got brilliant service translating specialized vocabulary. Good quality translations and low cost.
Website does not work well on Safari, stop translating. I prefer to use application provided on app store.
I like the simplicity and usefulness of this app. We have to translate for patients all the time and this app makes life much better.
As with any machine translation lots of mistakes can occur but that's normal with machine translations. So don't use the machine version for an important/professional text or occasion.

The best feature of appen is that it provides rewards for performing some tasks like web captures and translations. The user interface is very friendly and easy to set up.
The problem is that once you are on the app/website there are buttons where it says "Work This", but when you clicked on it you'll receive an error.

Application status of project is really frustrating as they provide no replay. They also have only one payment option(Payoneer).

Sometimes, it takes forever for an applicant (contractor) to get a feedback from Appen regarding an application status. Their customer service is DEAD.

The business problems I'm solving with Translate are, there are times that come up when we need to translate texts quickly, and we have no experience in that language. So we quickly are able to put the text into Translate and get a rough translation in just a few seconds. What I like the most about Translate is it's really easy to use. It's literally copy, paste, and it starts translating for you. What I like least about Translate is some of the translations aren't exactly correct. After talking with a few people that have used this in our context of the school, we find that some words are just a little off, so I wish it was a little bit better at translation. But outside of that, it's great.
