I am thrilled to have found CoachAccountable. It is helping me to add value and wow to my coaching clients and programs while adding systems and automation that free me up coach and lead my business.
It's hard for me to use tables. I get a little confused about going from the master account to client accounts for courses, worksheets and files.
I have a background managing IT systems and it's important to me to have a good system to use. My clients are very happy with CA.
At first I thought it was pricy, as the monthly fee increases when you coach more people -- opposed the fixed monthly relatively low fee that the other software provider charged that I used prior.
I love the reminders, I love the timeline, The option to send an email or a text is awesome.
The interface can be a little clunky and confusing at times.
Coach Accountable provides an excellent software and acts as a virtual office manager so you focus on what really matters--which is coaching people and leading them to their best selves.
I find myself cutting and pasting session notes from Word because of the text feature, thesaurus, etc.
Everfit combines simplicity with a good selection of features like some very interesting automation possibilities and habit tracking. The pricing tiers are also very good.
The single use of american metrics, sometimes with clients logging weights its confusing to see how much they are lifting at times.
The founders of Everfit have been so open and responsive to my feedback and have gone to great lengths to build a high quality product.
The only think missing, is an option to set a written Check In with the Tasks.
Everfit is great and i love the support on hand when there are technicals things i need help with. Its integrates nicely with myfitnesspal.
Not very much that I don’t like. I can only say is rhat it doesn’t show averages for bodyweight...yet.
Easy programming, looks great, customizable, and contains all the features you need to run a successful health & fitness business. I'm yet to use auto flow but it looks awesome.
I sometimes forget to include all of the alternate exercises I might use during the session or I want to add some extra exercises on the fly because we finish the first one early.
Joy: Hi, my name is Joy. I'm a financial coach. There is one person in my company and I would give CoachAccountable a four. So before I was using CoachAccountable, I had Calendly for calendar management, I was taking payments either through Square or through PayPal, and I had not really a central location to be able to keep track of everything for clients. Some of the processes were manual and some things that I knew I needed to implement, I just hadn't implemented it yet because it was too many moving pieces to try to pull together from different apps. So I chose CoachAccountable because it was recommended to me by another coach, and she did a demo for me and just kind of let me see, behind the scenes, how she was using it. And she's also a financial coach so it was a very similar application, and she gave me some direction on how I could get it started, which definitely took some of the risk factor out. And also, I like that they have a 30-day free trial, which is longer than some softwares. It gives you some time to be able to see how you're actually going to be able to integrate it into your business processes. But I like the idea of having more of my things all in one place and being able to do things like assign action items or track metrics with my clients that I was just not able to do before, unless I was doing them manually. So getting started is a ton of information. They do a good job of documenting and having tutorial videos. And I got some good advice on the front end from my coach friend, which was basically to just set up what you need for the first week and then add things because I'm still not even scratching the surface of what I can do there. So it was a little bit not technically difficult, but just involved to get things configured on the front end. But again, there is really good documentation and I'm still finding new things that I haven't even integrated into my processes yet. Every once in a while, I'll go back and find another tutorial to go through and, "Oh, hey. I can go do this now." So if you're considering getting CoachAccountable, I would figure out what pieces of your process are the most critical to start with and just start setting up as simple as possible, whether that's your calendar appointments or whether that's a basic payment or something like that. Don't try to set up everything all at once. And then the other thing is just to pay attention to which users you have active. So when you have active users in CoachAccountable, they bill you based on however many users you have active on your billing date. So if you're like me, I get people who book an appointment, but maybe they don't continue with coaching. I don't want to be paying for that seat. They are really good about if you need to go in and clear people out of there. Their customer service has helped me out too. But just make sure that you're cleaning up your inactive people so that you're not paying for seats that you're not using.
Rick N.: I'm Rick. I am the founder and owner of Strong Fit Fast. It is a company of one with online coaching. And I would rate Everfit five stars. Prior to using Everfit, I was on another app called TrueCoach, a similar kind of platform that allows you to do remote coaching. I moved away from it because it wasn't really what I was looking for in terms of features and, especially, advancing features over the years of using the app. I felt like the interface never really caught up to the price point. Pretty impressive. When I first started with them, I loved that they included things like task tracking, like food journaling, a lot of extra features that made it very easy for me to work with my clients from not just a training perspective but also their lifestyle. And since joining them, the number of features they've added that have been just incredibly useful has just kept coming month after month after month. Basically, every time I think this would be a cool new feature, it appears. The transition to Everfit was actually quite smooth. Their user interface, both from a client perspective and from a coach perspective, are very good. They have individual apps for both, as well as PC software options, so I was able to just move my clients straight over. I created a few quick demo videos, and they took to it very easily. And then in terms of getting set up, it was very quick to build some programs, create some of the Autoflow onboarding materials. It was really just set up to make my life easy in terms of moving from one software into this one. I would recommend to everyone to make the move as soon as possible. There's a few coaches that I collaborate with that I work with, and I am slowly bullying them all into moving on to Everfit because I know from experience of nearly a decade working in the fitness industry that this is the best software going at the moment. I've tried a lot of different ones. Everyone has strengths and weaknesses. Everfit is the most full, well-rounded package I've come across in terms of workouts, in terms of lifestyle habits, in terms of payment packages, in terms of user interface, pretty much everything. If you are struggling with any facet of your current software, Everfit is probably going to take care of that in a very easy-to-use fashion.
