Most of all its ease of use and the brilliant alerts and notifications in place. Such things keeps us on top of our contracts so that we don't lose the sight of contracts.

The notification/renewal options are quite confusing.

It is quiet simple, therefore some features are missing.

Overall, I like the system and my view is that it is a great initiative.

The task of keeping track of contracts and events relative thereto can be cumbersome, however this software has removed such difficulty.

My experience with Webdox has been very positive, and here are the highlights: The customer service is excellent. Whenever I needed help, the team was quick to respond and very knowledgeable.

I believe that there are issues that have not yet been fully addressed, such as what measures to establish to prevent fraud or guarantee the confidentiality of data.

I was pleased with the ease of configuring the workflows, which significantly streamlined our processes.

No simultaneous update of new settings on already configured and open templates.

The experience has been very positive and the tool contributes a lot to the productivity of the team. At the same time I think it has a very good reputation in the market.

However, the limitation on the number of users is a point of consideration.

Easy to use and reliable. Great for storing an sorting important documents.

There is an opportunity to enhance user access to the mentioned comments, which is currently limited to email. There is no specific filter to view these comments directly within the platform section.
