Anyone who needs to design emails or landing pages quickly, easily, no-code. Agencies, HR pros, designers, email marketers, CRM specialists, growth managers, working solo or collaborating with others.
Klaviyo is a pretty good email automation software. They have a lot of the same functions and abilities as all of the other guys so for me it came down to price when using them.
Pretty soon after that they changed their pricing structure and moved to a different fee base. That's when I lost my $20 and it would no longer be used toward my charges.
Customer service is amazing and so readily available via chat and they do seem to possess a great degree of knowledge about the product and its functionality/capabilities.
It's very hard to find flaws with the software.
The ease of set up and the ability to see results against the campaigns. It was up and running within 24hr and their onboarding was outstanding.
My biggest issue is how rudimentary the software is. API functions are weak and and the server bandwidth isn’t very much.
Email is gold when it comes to making sales, so having a reliable service that offers nice options is critical. I would definitely recommend.
They say that all the plans are the same and there are no hidden fees or add-ons.
The uses for this app is what makes it amazing and why I recommend it frequently. The ability to design a beautiful email quickly and easily is why I love BeePro.
There are some things in BeePro that annoy me a bit. The interface sometimes lags or freezes, especially when you work with a template for a long time.
I love how easy it is to create emails for our clients and export the code. I love the ability recently added to modify column width.
I cannot put a divider in between 2 & 3 pf 2 PX. Small stuff but drives me NUTS.
Our designers love the flexibility of the editor and our writers love the simplicity of the interface and the addition of AI writing assistants.
Sometimes the drag and drop functionality can switch too quickly or menus will cover up areas of the email you need to edit.
BeePro makes it relatively easy for me to design emails that look good across platforms and get good response from our clients. They update frequently, which I really appreciate.
The limitation to make folders and organise the stuff. Also the subjectline is not part of the design.
Steve: My name's Steve, I'm the marketing manager at Base London footwear company. And I'm giving Klaviyo five stars. Before Klaviyo, we were using Mailchimp. It was okay to begin with, but we found we outgrew it. The functionality that we needed wasn't quite there for the customer data platform perspective. Also, the editing of the templates was a little bit rudimentary. Good platform, but we just needed to scale up. The reasons we went for Klaviyo. It had great integrations with Magento, which we were with at the time. We're now with Shopify, even better integrations with that. It had very flexible pricing model. It had an incredibly easy to use drag and drop editor. And it was especially good at editing for mobile first. But yeah, it just had a lot of features. And like I said, the price, the scaling price, made it easy to get on board with and then grow with as time goes on. It was incredibly easy to onboard Klaviyo. They have very detailed help articles on how to transition from something like Mailchimp, which I think a lot of people do. So importing all the customer data was very simple. Then I believe it was just a bit of code I think to add to Magento. On Shopify, it's even easier. I think that there's a Shopify plugin for it. So there wasn't really any dev work needed. I think it was all done in-house. First of all, Klaviyo is an incredible platform regardless of your business size, whether you are a small, medium business or an enterprise level. The flexible pricing makes it incredibly easy to start. It's very intuitive. There's a huge amount of features, that I don't even use yet. But as far as scheduling campaigns and stuff and building templates, pop-ups, managing your customer data, it's all there. And one of the best things about them is that they continually innovate and they seem to bring new features for no extra cost all the time. One thing I would say be careful of is as they introduce SMS, it is very easy to go over your usage, so be careful of that. But again, if you get bumped up automatically to another pricing level, you can just knock it down again the next month. So it is very flexible, very easy to use and I thoroughly recommend it.
Charlotte K.: Hi, I'm Charlotte. I am the International Communications Coordinator for a membership organization with chapters in 15 countries, and I give BEE Pro a rating of five stars. We've used a few different systems before we used BEE Pro. We used MailChimp, and we also wrote our own HTML code. But we found that MailChimp was exceedingly expensive for mail out prices, far above other competitors. And writing our own HTML templates took too long. BEE Pro allowed all of our users to make their own content for themselves without needing to have a lot of background knowledge. It was just as easy to use as MailChimp, but it was far more affordable and could be connected to other sending systems that saved us literally thousands of dollars. We chose BEE Pro because it's an easy to use email design program. It's what you see is what you get. You can log in virtually so people can log in from different places. They can comment on each other's work. They can finalize together. There is an environment for collaboration. It's also really simple to use, and you can export the HTML. You can also store the images on BEE Pro's server with certain plans, and that makes it easier for us to not have to rely on hosting all of our images ourselves. So all of these were really good reasons. In addition, we wanted to be able to send through AWS or Sendinblue or one of the other systems that allow for much more affordable sending. Oh, it's super easy to get started. I mean, you just sign up and then you can start building right away. It's a what you see is what you get kind of a program. You just pull the blocks in, you've got an email ready to go in a few minutes. For people who like to use pre-made templates, there's also a bunch of pre-made templates out there. Personally, that's not what we like to use, but for those who do like to use it, that could make it even faster for them. If you want to have an easy to use email display, HTML system where you can easily move components in and out, something like what a lot of people are used to using in MailChimp, but you also want to use a sending system that's more affordable and more accessible, BEE Pro is a great option because it lets you use your own mailing system at the same time that you can easily create the HTML templates that you need.
Prioritize real-user-identified key features according to your needs to find your best fit.
