Yongmei: Hi, my name is Yongmei. I'm the operations manager at BCR Publishing. Our company has around 10 staff, and I would give five out of five for HubSpot for rating. We use HubSpot for storing our contacts, our clients contacts, information, and also for marketing emails. It is user-friendly, and it's very easy to use, very intuitive, and it's just so simple to use. You don't really need any training. You get to just go around, learn it in five minutes. I can't think of anything really. Actually, I'm thinking a bit more about what I like about HubSpot because of the support is really, really very helpful, very fast and very right to the point. And also as for the deliverability, because we have used other marketing platform as well, but compared to HubSpot, the deliverability is much higher in HubSpot.

Gary H.: Hi, my name is Gary. I am a marketing specialist in the manufacturing industry, specifically for mining, dredging, and power. And I give Lead Forensics a four out of five rating. Well, like a lot of others in the sales industry, we were using Google Analytics for a majority of our website tracking. And we found that Google Analytics just wasn't cutting it as far as figuring out who our customers were, our potential customers were, and our leads were. We were really looking for some more information, so that's why we considered going with the product from Lead Forensics, and we've found that it has been more than adequate in helping us identify our customers that are visiting, coming back, what pages they're looking at, et cetera. Our company chose Lead Forensics because of the detailed tracking and biographical information that the dashboard offered. We were not finding similar or even close product offerings from other companies, and our past offering from Google Analytics didn't offer near the breadth and depth of information that Lead Forensics offered. So, the dashboard with the warm leads was an excellent resource that we have been leveraging to help grow in our industry, and the biographical information that tells us where our customers are from and what geographic area they're visiting from has been invaluable in building a list of leads and new clients. The onboarding and setup process with Lead Forensics was extremely simple. Our team was able to liaise with the Lead Forensics team. We had a dedicated account manager and problem-solvers on their end, and our account manager has been excellent every step of the way, helping us solve problems and issues. And the setup and startup process was extremely simple. Within a matter of a few hours we were up and running, and we've had virtually no issues and downtime since then. If you're currently using Google Analytics or a similar analytics tracking software, I think Lead Forensics is an excellent tool to add to your arsenal, because there are so many additional things that Lead Forensics adds to the conversation that platforms like Google Analytics just can't do. If you're looking for additional information about the folks that are visiting your website, if you're looking for a daily report of warm leads, I would definitely consider adding Lead Forensics to your repertoire of tools.
