Missing Key Features for Small Business Owners.
The customer service has been excellent. All of the employees have been very friendly and are super responsive.
HAVENT used once, and desperately want to cancel. Now I'm left desperately hoping that the company will do the right thing and refund my money they stole and ACTUALLY CANCLE my account.
The price was fair for what you receive. There are some good reports that are useful for monthly payrolls, and year end reporting.

Sherri B.: Hi, I'm Sherri. I'm the owner of the Tavern at Trail's End, and I give Square Payroll a five out of five. Prior to using Square Payroll, I was using ADP Payroll. And we stopped using that because it was a lot more time-consuming and a lot more involved than Square Payroll. We chose Square Payroll because, at a previous company I was working for, I noticed how much easier it was to set up. So when we opened our own company, we chose it because of the ease of setup, because of the way that it was run. Everything about it was just so much easier than the ADP Payroll. Square Payroll is extremely simple to use. It's all done online. There's no setup as far as bringing it in. I integrated it with the Square system, which we have already been using the Square for restaurants, so integrating into Square Payroll was very simple. Getting all the employees set up was very simple. I literally only had to talk to a Square Payroll person maybe one time during the entire setup. I definitely think anybody who uses Square Payroll will enjoy it. It is way easier than any other payroll company I've used before. Like I said, it is simple to set up. They do everything for you. They do all your taxes for you. They do your W-2s. They set it all up. There's literally nothing you have to do on your part except enter your employee's information and then enter their hours.
