The software is simple and easy to use, very affordable and any time that I have had questions, issues or needed help, they were very very good, knowledgeable and helped me through it.
I think that Sure Payroll screwed up and they gladly said they would do what was needed to get the money refunded. They FAILED to tell me that that service would cost $200.00.
The service department is very good and friendly, this has been a good alternative to writing payroll checks. They send in all the reports, etc.

Jeremy F.: Hi, my name is Jeremy. I am the owner of 5127 Rosewater LLC, and I give SurePayroll a five out of five. So SurePayroll for me was an easy out-of-the-box way to turn payroll on. For the business, we have a nanny that we're paying and I was able to get it up and running in a day and get payroll ran so that we could pay everyone on time. I like the ease of use that we have with SurePayroll. It's easy to run payroll, automate running it every couple of weeks, and the ability to just quickly go see data and reporting around how much we've paid out over the course of the year or the quarter. It's really easy to use in that way. So the one thing I would change about SurePayroll is the transparency on when they're actually paying the government, both federal and state. I see what they're taking out of the regular paychecks, but it would be nice to know when they're making those payments just so I can ensure they're doing it correctly and that I can keep my books up to date as well.
