The one thing I don't like about this software is that there's no calendar option. But that's just something small that I wouldn't factor in as a huge complaint.
Our overall experience has been overwhelmingly positive, and our business is better for having it. It's so much better than emails, texts, or other similar systems.

Miriam C.: Hi, I'm Miriam. I'm a staff accountant and I work at a church and I give CallingPost of five out of five. Okay, before CallingPost, I was in a choir at my church and I was the secretary. I had to inform people if choir rehearsal was canceled, or if somebody got sick or whatever, or we had a last minute choir rehearsal cancellation, and we had a committee of people who had to get on the phone and call all the people. We assigned them to call the tenors and the bass and the sopranos and altos and it just took a long time out of our day. So I chose CallingPost because one day I heard someone receive a call in post call, and I was wondering, "What is that?" And they told me what it was. One of our other ministries had learned about it, young people. I couldn't stop until I found out what it was and how to get connected. And as soon as I figured it out, I logged in and got connected to CallingPost and haven't looked back. Okay, so getting everyone else on board at the church to use CallingPost was pretty simple. You know, I called up people in the ministries. They would call me. And I worked as a church secretary before I was a staff accountant so they would call the church often. And I just was telling them all about it. "You need to find out about CallingPost so you can inform your people when you're having a meeting or whatever you need to inform about. One call, that's all. You just push that button and it goes out to everybody and it couldn't get any easier. So if you're thinking about a vehicle to use to reach out to all your people or everybody on your committee or wherever you are, CallingPost is it. CallingPost is very user-friendly. And that's what I liked the most about it, that it's so user-friendly. And if you can't figure something out, which is rare, all you have to do is send them an email and they'll figure it out for you right away. It takes no time. CallingPost has a lot of features. Some of them I don't use, but you can text people from CallingPost. You can schedule your message, so if you want to notify them that a rehearsal or a meeting was canceled, you can schedule it to go out at a certain time. I mean, it's really easy and it's just great. I love it.
