Marvin: Hi. My name is Marvin, owner of HITS Tax & Bookkeeping Services LLC. A little bit about our company. We provide business solutions involving individual and business income tax preparation and filing. We also provide bookkeeping, payroll services, and we also set up and structure new corporation. We are excited to be a part of Thryv software, which we give a five star rating. Well, we are with the Thryv software. It has helped our business tremendously to communicate professionally and effectively to all of our clients. We're able to use the Thryv software to gather and organize all of our client information in the database. We're also able to use the Thryv software to accept our electronic payments through their merchant system, which has been a great resource for collecting our payments, and also it's been a great blessing that Thryv also connects to our QuickBooks account and it'll change with that as well as our Google account. We use a lot of other Thryv features, the social media features. It's been great to be able to post social media posts on a regular basis about our business services we provide, as well as their website services which has created our website and continue to make the necessary updates so that our clients and potential clients are going to be up-to-date and up to speed about our company and the service that we provide. I have to say, everything. There hasn't been anything that I do not like about Thryv. We absolutely use Thryv each and every day. We rely on Thryv and all of its features. Since we've been using Thryv, it has assisted in providing even more of the growth to our business. So we absolutely utilize [inaudible 00:02:11]. I can't really say I would change anything about Thryv because like I said, we use it to the maximum every day. There's really not one feature that I don't like more than the other. If I could choose anything, it would be a little bit more effectiveness on the campaign, and it could be that I just need a little bit more education on it. But we do utilize the campaign ads, but like I said, I can't really say it's my least favorite just to give something out there. But like I said, we're excited to use Thryv each and every day in every way possible.

Dan F.: I'm Dan, I'm a Social Media Manager in the automotive industry, and I give Reputation.com a five out of five rating. Well, believe it or not, before we were using Reputation.com, we were doing things in a manual manner, so we were kind of doing things almost hand written. We were in the digital sphere, kind of doing everything one by one, but after using Reputation.com, the ability to create and move forward with the content and the engagement of reviews and testimonials, has just been a game changer. We even looked at different platforms. One of them was called Chatmeter and it compared pretty nicely, but in the long run, the credibility of Reputation.com, just the different functions and benefits that they have, is primarily the reasons that we moved forward with them. Using a platform that allows you to pull in multiple pieces of information, and makes it easy, quick, and efficient, and allows you to have digestible reports or dissectable reports, was really some of the main reasons we chose Reputation.com. Reputation.com has a lot of different integrations, or at least the key integrations, to have success in the testimonial and review market. So, when you're looking at reviews from all these different places, Reputation.com has the ability to pull in reviews into one dashboard, from Google or Facebook or different platforms like that, where you're having a lot of your traffic and you're having a lot of your reviews or testimonials on those different sites. So, it's efficient in the sense that it allows you to see everything in just one dashboard, as opposed to going to Google My Business, or the multiple pages that you have, or your Facebook pages. Sometimes, for businesses, you have an umbrella corporate entity, and then you'll have a lot of different franchisees under that umbrella, and so this Reputation.com platform saves a tremendous amount of time. Some other benefits include the ability to categorize and look at stats in different levels, so if you want to look at the franchise level, or if you want to look at the group corporate level, or if you want to look at location, you want to look at how you're getting reviewed, your positive reviews, your negative reviews, all that kind of information can be broken down in this dashboard at the click of a couple buttons. It makes it really super simple and very easy, and very pleasant, actually, because if I had to do this with all the different pages one by one, it would take all day and I would probably have no hair. But now, we're doing something like this in one platform, just like I said, makes it really easy and comforting. I think if you're looking at Reputation.com, I think it's a great platform because it is reliable. It is a huge, trusted name and organization used across the nation and probably worldwide as well. So, having that kind of dependability in a platform will really help you to make the right decision in choosing Reputation.com.
