HQ Rental Software vs Renthub: Which is a better fit?

Nina J.: My name is Nina, and I work as the head of marketing at a car rental business in the south of Spain, near Málaga. We have short-term rentals. We have leasing. We have long-term renting, and because we wanted to move more towards short-term renting, we started using HQ Rentals. Overall, I would give them five out of five stars. We actually had a company try to develop a solution from scratch, but we realized really quickly that that was unnecessarily complicated. As I was pretty convinced that there were great solutions out there that you could just integrate, we ended up going with that solution in the end, which I think is a much better fit if you're a small business. So basically, I had a look around Google. I also asked around in my network, and I saw some great reviews of HQ Rentals, and I had a meeting with them. Overall, after seeing their demo and just googling around and doing some research, I felt like it would be a great fit for our needs. So the actual integration was super easy. I was actually surprised how quick it was. We really had no issues, and the support was great. So I can only say that that was really simple. Even for people who have very little technical knowledge, it doesn't require any technical knowledge really. So I think HQ Rental Software is great for small and medium car rentals, as it basically allows you, in a cost-effective way, to list your cars online. It's also really, like I already mentioned, simple to integrate. So you don't need a whole IT team to back you up. So if you're anything like our car rental, then I would say it's a great solution. There are some limitations in terms of the customization, but again, if you're a small business, that's probably not something that you worry about to the same extent as if you're a global brand.
