Designed for businesses of all sizes engaging in financial services, marketing, entertainment, news organizations, non-profit groups, corporations, and more.
I love the ease of scheduling meetings and intuitiveness. I have to share my screen a lot and I love the fact that I can share individual windows instead of doing the full screen every time.
We have multiple problems with the platform that have been plaguing us for months, and go figure - ZOOM customer service will not zoom with us to sort out the issues.
Overall, the product is really good and helped a lot for almost every party to have virtual meetings. Feel like it's better if we could get two versions like free edition & Zoom with premium features.
I think the only problem that I had at first was with the audio and that was because I was using it external source and found it a little confusing each time I logged on.
Overall Zoom is user friendly, easy to use and access, and has clear streaming ability. I love how smooth the video comes through.
When several of us are on at once, there can be severe buffering and lag. I am not sure that this is because of the internet service or because of the program.
If you have larger groups the pricing is pretty good. I like the virtual background feature which is very easy to use and it allows you to bring personality into your video feed.
There is often issues with freezing up or with sound kickback. Sometimes kids are kicked out or freeze for no reason.
I've used ChatWing for my main website which is super popular, and users fall in love with it on the first time.
Additionally I consistently have problems after entering text and having it show up out of order when I switch apps.
I love the ability to size it and the patterns that I can use to create the look and feel that I want for my presentation. My goal is to focus on my expertise and interacting with my audience.
The Enterprise plan on Chatwing is a bit expensive mostly when it comes to the charges per extra contacts.
It's clean, fast and nice. I do like a lot of customization options and all other options which allows you to literally change every inch of your chat.
But mostly that you just stopped the free version with no warning at all. Not a good way to do business.
It's an excellent option to interact with the public, the use is very simple and it looks great on any platform that the client uses.
I would be tempted to pay $5.00 a month but your cost are way over rated. I will find another chat alternative.
Chris: Hi. My name's Chris. I'm an instructional designer in a company that's about 12, 13 of us. We use Zoom all the time, and I rate it around a five. Before we started using Zoom back in the dark ages, I used Webex and Citrix I think it was, and it was just clunky and it was really hard to get the people at the other side of it to understand how it works. So the reason we use Zoom all the time is that it gives a really clear picture, but more than anything else, it's that it's easy for people to use and that's really important for us. We don't want to lose people because they can't figure out how to get on or get the picture, or ask a question to use the chat, and Zoom makes it all easy. So I think Zoom is winning the video war because it's so easy to use. It's easy for anybody to use whether they want to download the app or use it in their web browser. That's its main point as far as I'm concerned. So my recommendation is if you're going to have a go with Zoom with your team, you should get your team to all have a play with it before you get anybody outside of your business to do it. That way you can get used to the tools and the toolbox at the bottom and all the things that you can do within Zoom. Have a real strong play with it. That way when you've got your actual clients or whatever on the call, you look like pros.
Brynna H.: Hi, my name is Brynna and I am a personal coach in the health and wellness industry. And I give Chatroll a five out of five star rating. When trying to decide which software to use I didn't really look at any others, Chatroll felt like a really obvious choice. They had a free plan for the number of users that I needed so I just jumped right in and got started. The reasons that I decided to use Chatroll for my online webinars is because they had a free option for the number of users that I was using at the time and I knew that I could just level up if I needed to. I really thought that it was a very user-friendly interface, it seemed really easy to onboard, and I liked that I could customize my chat box so that it matched the colors and font on my blog, rather than having it look out of place with someone else's choices and design. The onboarding process with Chatroll, I would say is a moderate difficulty level as far as getting all set up. You have to make sure you have all of the correct access codes put in on your blog correctly. And you want to just test it out, make sure that it's running correctly, give it a couple of trial runs, make sure you've got it all exactly the way you want it. But once you do, it's an absolute breeze to use and it didn't give me any problems once I had it set up correctly. For anyone thinking of using Chatroll, I would highly recommend it. It's got a free plan, so if you're just starting out and you don't have a lot of users, that's okay it really doesn't cost you anything. You have so much that you need to be thinking about if you're starting to do online webinars on your blog or somewhere else, you've got to make sure that your feed is correct, and you've got to make sure you've got all the right things. Chatroll you don't have to worry about it at all. Once you've got it there, it works great. You can see what everybody has to say right there during your live webinar. It's easy to monitor, it's easy to use and I would highly recommend getting started to give your webinars to extra professional touch, to just make them that much more awesome.
