Airmeet is built for B2B SaaS Enterprises that envision to grow and bring people together through world-class events.
I love the ease of scheduling meetings and intuitiveness. I have to share my screen a lot and I love the fact that I can share individual windows instead of doing the full screen every time.
We have multiple problems with the platform that have been plaguing us for months, and go figure - ZOOM customer service will not zoom with us to sort out the issues.
Overall, the product is really good and helped a lot for almost every party to have virtual meetings. Feel like it's better if we could get two versions like free edition & Zoom with premium features.
I think the only problem that I had at first was with the audio and that was because I was using it external source and found it a little confusing each time I logged on.
Overall Zoom is user friendly, easy to use and access, and has clear streaming ability. I love how smooth the video comes through.
When several of us are on at once, there can be severe buffering and lag. I am not sure that this is because of the internet service or because of the program.
If you have larger groups the pricing is pretty good. I like the virtual background feature which is very easy to use and it allows you to bring personality into your video feed.
There is often issues with freezing up or with sound kickback. Sometimes kids are kicked out or freeze for no reason.
From registration to the event, everything is amazing. To be specific, the Interface is super smooth & the round table conference setup makes networking fun.
The biggest downside was there was a huge delay in getting the meeting recording off of the servers and then I waited too long and have not been able to download 2 of the sessions.
It's been reliable, stable and the video and audio quality are great. Having creation, registration and delivery all on one platform has made life so much easier.
I emailed our rep and received no reply. I then emailed the support account and was told our rep no longer works at the company and put me in contact with a manager.
I loved the product and would definitely recommend it to other colleagues. Video quality can be improved.
Once created we can't delete an event. I've made two just for testing and it's annoying to see them in my backoffice.
The audience engagement features help you connect with your audience to improve the effectiveness of the event. Streaming features are also very cool and easy to setup even for non tech people.

Chris: Hi. My name's Chris. I'm an instructional designer in a company that's about 12, 13 of us. We use Zoom all the time, and I rate it around a five. Before we started using Zoom back in the dark ages, I used Webex and Citrix I think it was, and it was just clunky and it was really hard to get the people at the other side of it to understand how it works. So the reason we use Zoom all the time is that it gives a really clear picture, but more than anything else, it's that it's easy for people to use and that's really important for us. We don't want to lose people because they can't figure out how to get on or get the picture, or ask a question to use the chat, and Zoom makes it all easy. So I think Zoom is winning the video war because it's so easy to use. It's easy for anybody to use whether they want to download the app or use it in their web browser. That's its main point as far as I'm concerned. So my recommendation is if you're going to have a go with Zoom with your team, you should get your team to all have a play with it before you get anybody outside of your business to do it. That way you can get used to the tools and the toolbox at the bottom and all the things that you can do within Zoom. Have a real strong play with it. That way when you've got your actual clients or whatever on the call, you look like pros.
Miguel: Hello, my name is Miguel. I'm a sales manager for a trading company, we are 20 people in the team, and I'm giving Airmeet five out of five. Before using Airmeet, we mostly do events on Zoom, but it is very different. Zoom is good for some things, but not really for events. The main issues we had is, it was very hard to keep the history of the chats of people, to reply answers to specific users, and to have more than a few hundred people connected at the same time with access to different guys doing different presentations. So I heard about Airmeet, I went to the platform, because the founders, they did a demo and it was really, really amazing. The whole platform is super friendly and it's not the regular online call, online meeting that people used to see. This is a very well-designed platform and you can see in every part of the dashboard all the important things, all the things that matters. And also, it has many integrations and you can even do automations with the platform. And most important, you can have different events running at the same time, and within different events you can have different rooms, or different sessions. So it's really, really good. Getting started with Airmeet was easy. It has too many moving parts, but if you take the right time, it's going to be easy to settle everything. Sometimes the people, the users, the guests, they are not used to such a new system, so you also need to make sure that you understand what is going on. But this is a great tool and easy to set up. If you are organizing an online event, if you're considering Airmeet, there is no other way than going there, and they have a free version. You can organize some events for free, so you can get started. And they have a crazy good support system, they are 24 hours there, they can arrange a meeting if you have questions. So really for me, it's one of the best platforms if you want to do professional events. So go there, have a try, try every part, every feature they have, and I think it's going to be very good for your business.
