The ease of scheduling these events is awesome. It is as simple as reviewing the options available, booking the event, and sending out the customized calendar invite details to my team.

There are some events that are cost-prohibitive but I understand that you have to pay the performers fairly so I try to do the events that I can do that align with my budget.

The platform allows inviting guests who have participated in previous meetings. The ability to record and download meetings is also one of its greatest advantages.

Lack of custom : can't modify screen size and location. Limited function to edit on registration page.

Good quality of the product. Communication with customer service is very easy and friendly.

Recordings particularly have issues, such as the audio lagging behind the screenshare.

The great advantage is the ability to upload presentation in server memory. Another benefit is access to information and statistics in the report generated after the event.

Sound problems when using a replay of a live webinar for an on-demand one. Company is quick to deflect onto the customers.

This issue might be specific to working with schools, but unlike other software such as zoom, school security systems often block access to the rooms. This affects our customer's experience.
