ZenHR vs WorkSight: Which is a better fit?

It's pretty good so far and actually i've recommend it to a friend because they had some issue in applying for a vacation at their company and i think they actually have it now.

Otherwise now we have to send a separate e mail to find out what is the rejection reason.

Great application, I recommended it to managers and team leaders in other companies to ease the operational tasks on them, and on the employees.

It is been a handful of stressful months, and errors and disasters are pilling up but we are already started looking for alternatives and will move as soon as we can without looking back.

The connection with the email is great. Very Very useful software to be used.

Mobile App is weak and still needs to be more like the web access feature as it is currently limited.

It offers a user-friendly interface, comprehensive HR features, and helpful automation. It's especially strong in compliance with local labor laws.

We were shocked and found out it's due to the laziness of one of their staff. I truly believe they can not be trusted.

I like that they were referred to me by my accountant that said they were good, and they were. Things were easy, I got support from my point of contact with a simple text message.

Sometimes it is hard to know who to contact about what issue because there are different people for each department.

Overall it has taken a lot of my plate personally and I am super grateful for that.

The online portion was hard to make work, but I think that's more because of my situation being a one-person company than it was any shortcomings of teamwork group software.

Teamworks is very cost effective, much less expensive than other PEOs. And their customer service, even for a small startup like mine, has been excellent.

Good recommendations for ancillary products and services, good management of my particular business.
