Spectora vs Inspector Nexus: Which is a better fit?

I get amazing feedback from the clients about the reports presentation. I always have amazing interaction with spectora staff, they are helpful and super nice.

Way too expensive, and when I tried to transfer MY website they gave me a hard time about it, and as far as I am concerned they did it to try and get me stuck into paying for another year.

Great professional looking reports for clients and Realtors and user friendly. Easy scheduler and great valve payment integration.

The only data that is lost is a photograph that was being taken at the time of the restart.

M experience with Spectora has been awesome. Great software and outstanding customer service.

This has NOTHING to do with Spectora. Stripe has horrible customer service.

We can load up the report with 250-300+ pictures and helpful narratives without the report feeling bulky. And, best of all, the owners and their team are highly accessible and reliable.

There have been problems with it "going down" which render it unusable for the time.

The interface of the software and the simplicity of the reports is what I like most. It has a good feel and easy to operate.

Also paying near 70 a month Canadian for this product and having all these issues I’m very weary about keeping if nothing is adjusted.

I enjoy it, it help keep me on task and is overall the best for small business.

I would suspect we will choosing another provider in the near future.

Overall I'm pleased with software it's ease of use and it's pay-per-use pricing.

Areas where phone signal is low, the software/app is slow to process.

The pre-build information makes it seamless. The ability to go in on the web and create specific templates for specific projects or clients is very beneficial.

I have contacted appsupport on this multiple times in the past and has made no difference. Apple or Android it does not matter.
